We are excited to bring our Spring and Summer Programming to our Bears Community. Please see each program description for dates, times and costs, all sessions will be held at the Greeley Ice Haus.

10U to 12U Move Up Sessions

10U–12U Move-Up Camp – Greeley Youth Hockey Association
The Greeley Youth Hockey Association’s 10U–12U Move-Up Camp is designed to prepare players for the jump to the 12U level with confidence. This camp focuses on higher-tempo play, increased physicality, full-ice concepts, and stronger positional awareness. Players will work on skating at speed, puck battles, decision-making under pressure, and understanding how the game becomes faster and more competitive at 12U.
Coaches emphasize effort, accountability, and hockey IQ in a positive, challenging environment. This camp helps players feel ready, confident,and excited for the next stage of their hockey development.
There will be 6 1-Hour Sessions August 3rd-August 14th.

Summer Mite League – Greeley Youth Hockey Association
The Greeley Youth Hockey Association’s Summer Mite League is all about fun, development, and keeping kids excited about hockey during the summer months. This league provides a fast-paced, age-appropriate game environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and learning the game through play. Players enjoy plenty of puck touches, game action, and ice time while building confidence and improving skating, passing, and game awareness. With an emphasis on fun, effort, and sportsmanship, the Summer Mite League is the perfect way for young players to stay active, make friends, and grow their love for hockey.
There are 4 1-hour sessions

Bears Shootout and skills Competition Session – Greeley Youth Hockey Association
The Greeley Youth Hockey Association’s NHL Skills Competition Session brings the excitement of the pros to the ice. Players will compete in a series of fast-paced, skill-based challenges inspired by the NHL Skills Competition, including accuracy shooting, fastest skater, puck control challenges, and more. This session combines skill development with friendly competition, encouraging players to push themselves while having a blast. With lots of action, energy, and smiles, this event builds confidence, showcases skills, and delivers a fun, memorable hockey experience.

Join us for a high-energy All-Girls Ice Session designed for 10U and 12U players looking to develop skills, build confidence, and compete in a fun, supportive environment. This skate is open to girls who want extra ice time, focused development, and the opportunity to skate alongside other motivated female players.
Whether you’re preparing for the season, sharpening your game, or interested in tournament team opportunities, this is a great chance to get on the ice and showcase your abilities. All skill levels are welcome.
This session will be July 12th at 9:30 AM

The Greeley Youth Hockey Association’s 8U–10U Move-Up Camp is designed to help players confidently move from half-ice hockey into full-ice play. This camp introduces key 10U concepts like offsides, icing, positioning, and game flow in a fun, age appropriate way. Players will experience full-ice drills and controlled game situations while learning how the game changes as the ice gets bigger and faster. Coaches focus on understanding, awareness, and decision-making—while keeping the energy high and the environment positive. This camp helps young players feel prepared, confident, and excited for the jump to 10U hockey.
There will be 12 sessions for this camp, and will run from July 7th-July 31st.
