Use the link to the right to report any (1) actual or perceived violations of the USA Hockey SafeSport Program Handbook, (2) any violations of the policies prohibiting Sexual Abuse, Physical Abuse, Emotional Abuse, Bullying, Threats and Harassment, and Hazing, or (3) suspicions or allegations of child physical or sexual abuse to the appropriate USA Hockey representatives.

Parent Volunteer Requirements

All parents who wish to assist their child while in the locker rooms at a GYHA event (practice, games, skill-and-drills) while other players are present must be registered with USA Hockey, complete SafeSport training, and have a clear background check through the USAH screening with NCSI.  The cost of the screening is approximately $30 and may take up to two weeks to be completed.  All documentation must be on file with the team manager and the GYHA registrar prior to being allowed into the team locker room.
