Board Responsibilities

Board of Directors

Monthly Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Stampede Room at the Greeley Ice Haus. Regular Board meetings are open to Members of GYHA (players and their families).

Minutes of previous meetings are available here or by contacting the GYHA Secretary.

Work Sessions are held by the Board of Directors on the 4th Wednesday of each month as needed at 6:00 PM in the upstairs meeting room at the Greeley Ice Haus.

The following individuals represent the Greeley Youth Hockey Association. If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas to improve the association please contact the appropriate person listed below:

President

Caitlin Hofstetter-Tregoning

Caitlin Hofstetter-Tregoning is the President for GYHA. She has been involved with GYHA since 2014 when her oldest son began playing with the organization. Since then she has coached multiple levels, worked with the board in various forms, helped manage teams, and has been involved in many other ways. She has watched her two sons play Mites 8U to Midgets 18U with GYHA and is a very proud hockey mom. She is excited for her daughter to join GYHA in a few years and continue the traditions!
She holds a USA Hockey CEP Level 4 certification, is Safesport trained, CPR/AED Instructor certified, and committed to supporting GYHA in providing a place where players of all skills and abilities are welcome and want to grow.

Vice President

Jennifer Donnelly Hunter is the acting Vice President. The Vice President in the absence of the President, shall support the board and assume authority as acting president. If incidents cannot be handled at a team level, the VP and a Disciplinary Committee will address reports. the VP shall supervise the Coaching Director as well.

Ashley Baca is a Bears parent and treasurer for GYHA.

Registrar

Bethany Bolling

Bethany Bolling has worked with the Bears for many seasons and takes care of our registration of players.

Scheduler

Kim Barnhill

Kim Barnhill is our longest serving board member, she's been with GYHA for seven years. The scheduler is in charge of scheduling games with other league teams, reserving ice rentals, and scheduling referees for home games.
