About the Greeley Stampede Youth Hockey Program 2008 is the second year for the Greeley Youth Hockey Association (GYHA). GYHA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing a developmental youth hockey program to the Greeley Community and surrounding areas. Governed by an appointed Board of Directors (click here for by-laws), GYHA fields teams under the Greeley Stampede name. Players will range in age from 7-18, and play on the following age and skill appropriate team: DNHL | CDYHL | | - Squirt (new this year) | | | - Peewee | | | | - Bantam A (new this year); - Bantam B | | - Midget | - Midget Minor A (new this year) |
Key Dates - May 1 Returning Stampede Player Registrations Due; $100 deposit - June 1 through August 1 Open Registration; $100 deposit - June 14th Closed Tryouts for returning Stampede Players; $25 tryout fee - August 9th and 10th Open Tryouts for New Stampede Players; $25 tryout fee - August 19th Rosters Posted - Late September Practices Begin - October Season Starts |
